Room Reservations

• Special Room Rate: $379/night at The Royal, standard room, double occupancy (+ 10% VAT, 11% resort levies, and $30 resort fee). Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. This special rate ends on February 21. 
   
• Registration: When you register for the Symposium, you will select your check-in/check-out dates and payment method. Our Registration Desk will make reservations on your behalf. Your credit card will hold your reservation and will not be charged unless you cancel your reservation or make date changes after February 21 or fail to check-in on your arrival date. Upon check-in, you will be asked for your preferred payment method for your stay and any incidentals. 
   
• Room Confirmation: After your registration is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Symposium Registration Desk. Once you have this email, feel free to make your flight arrangements. Be sure to keep your confirmation email, in case you need to make changes to your reservation. 
   
• Additional Guests: Want to have more than two guests in a room? Click here for additional guest pricing. 
   
• Cancellation Policy: For any date changes or cancellations after February 21, guests will be charged for the number of nights dropped or the entire stay.
   
• Change Policy: If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the Registration Desk or use the Make Changes link in your confirmation email. Do not contact the hotel directly.

Extending Your Stay

• Extended Stays: Want to extend your stay before or after the Symposium? The special room rate is available for the 3 days before and after the Symposium, subject to hotel availability. You can request additional nights during registration.


• Extension Confirmation: You will receive a second email confirmation from the Symposium Registration Desk, after we confirm the additional nights with the hotel. Wait until you receive the second email, confirming your extended stay is available, before making your flight arrangements.
