A: The Berkley Captive Symposium starts the afternoon of Sunday, April 6 and ends late morning on Wednesday, April 9. Some invitation-only sessions take place on Sunday. A detailed agenda will be available prior to the event.
A: Invited Captive program members enjoy our entire event, including educational sessions, member meetings, cocktail receptions, and group meals, at no additional cost. They are only responsible for their own airfare, hotel, ground transportation, and incidentals.
Attendees from other organizations may be required to pay a small registration fee to attend. For more information, see Who Can Attend.
A: No, you do not need to contact the hotel. During registration, you will be asked for your hotel stay dates, room preferences, and payment information.
You will receive a confirmation email once your hotel arrangements have been verified. Be sure to keep this email, in case you need to make changes to your reservations, and use the link provided. Additional room details can be found here.
A: Yes, you can, subject to room availability. We’re pleased to offer the special room rate for the 3 nights before and after the Symposium. You can select your additional nights during registration.
A: All emails will come from either ljensen@berkleyah.com or BAH2501@gaveledge.com. Please add both addresses as a contact or safe sender, or ask your IT department to whitelist it for you. We are not responsible for emails blocked by your company’s firewall or corporate filter.
