Additional Guest Fees
The Berkley room rate ($379++) is quoted based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests 12 yrs. and over will be charged at a rate $50 per person per night plus applicable resort charges, with a maximum of four (4) occupants per guest room allowed.
If you are planning to bring additional guests, you can register them with Atlantis upon check-in. All costs associated with additional guest(s) will be your own expense. Costs outlined below.
Three guests*
- 3rd guest (under 12yrs.): $379/night, standard room, triple occupancy (+ 10% VAT, 11% resort levies, and $30 resort fee).
- 3rd guest (12yrs +): $429/night, standard room, triple occupancy (+ 10% VAT, 11% resort levies, and $30 resort fee) + gratuities
Four guests*
- 4th guest (under 12yrs.): $379/night, standard room, quad occupancy (+ 10% VAT, 11% resort levies, and $30 resort fee).
- 4th guest (12yrs +): $479/night, standard room, quad occupancy (+ 10% VAT, 11% resort levies, and $30 resort fee) + gratuities
Example: If 2 adults and 2 kids (<11 years old) are staying in one room, the rate is $379++ per night. The rate only increases by an additional $50++ for the 3rd guest and an additional $50++ for the 4th if they are 12 years or older.
*The max number of guests per room is 4 people, and a 5th guest permitted ages 4 and under. Otherwise, a 2nd room is required.
